Ken has appeared in hundreds of summary and jury trials in all courts throughout his 40-year career as solicitor and barrister. He has prosecuted and defended in many high-profile cases. He has recently returned to the private Bar after 17 years as a NSW Crown Prosecutor. In the years prior to 2008 he worked variously as a solicitor-advocate for the Western Aboriginal Legal Service, Legal Aid Commission, as a partner in Gilson Patch & Richardson solicitors (1987-1997) and Barrister at the private Bar (1997-2008)
